Who we are

Contact form data
When you request a call, we collect what you enter in the form and how you arrived at the site (for example the ad campaign name and the first page you opened). We use it to contact you, prepare an offer and understand which channels bring us enquiries.
- Name, work email, phone number and (optionally) company name
- Business type, team size, main challenge and interest in a mobile app
- Visit source: campaign UTM parameters, ad click identifier and first page visited
Cookies and analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. Without consent, these tools do not set cookies.
If you have consented and submit the form, we send Meta a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email and phone number so the enquiry can be matched to the ad you saw. Meta does not receive these details from us in readable form.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Who we share data with
Data is processed by the service providers we work with: HubSpot (contact management), Google (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms (ad measurement). These providers may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep data
We keep form details for as long as we are in business contact and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data in Google Analytics is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing and withdraw consent. Email podrska@rezervator.ba. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
